Clinical Details:

  • Clinical Details: Urologist needed to support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs. Clinic: 18-22 patients per day. Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.
  • Call: Call coverage is for ER and hospital. 30min response time. Average Admissions While On Call: 0
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Support Staff: Not specified

Requirements:

  • Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
  • DEA Required: Yes
  • State Licensure: Illinois license required to apply; Accepts IMLC
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year
  • Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
  • CSR License Required: Yes
  • Notes: Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates
