Opportunity: NP/PA - Urgent Care
This is a full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE) for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an urgent care setting, providing essential healthcare services to patients across multiple clinic locations.
Job Details:
- Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
- Work across multiple sites including Duluth 3rd St. Clinic, Hermantown Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, I-35, Virginia, and Superior, Wisconsin
- Fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting with high level of autonomy
- Excellent 1:1 provider to staff ratio
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm; Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm

- Desired skills include suturing, orthopedic experience, positive attitude, and innovation
- Requires Master's degree in nursing (for NP role)
- Current licensure as registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in appropriate state
- Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area
- Must demonstrate high level of customer service skills
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
