We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional Consultant, The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across core EBS modules, with hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle implementations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis , and solution design for Oracle EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, OM, Inventory, etc. as per project scope).
• Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proper development and unit testing of enhancements.
• Conduct system testing , UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support, and end-user training .
• Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support .
• Document functional processes, configurations, and test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
• At least 2 full-cycle EBS implementations (R12 preferred).
• Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, EBTAX with P2P & O2C Process).
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design .
• Proficiency in preparing functional documentation (MD50, BR100, TE40, etc.).
• Knowledge of integration touchpoints between EBS modules and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with testing cycles , data migration, and end-user training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Oracle EBS certification (preferred but not mandatory).
