- Extensive experience leading Workday projects end-to-end, covering scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provided global support through incident and change management systems.
- Designed and configured Workday Security, Condition Rules, and Calculated Fields.
- Led implementations for Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.

- Analyzed HR/Payroll legislative changes and assessed system impacts to ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
- Designed and developed business requirements, functional specifications, test strategies, and documentation.
