One end-to-end implementation experience/2 Support project experience2. Should be flexible to work on support, roll out and implementation projects3. Experience in SAP HR4. FS preparation for Interfaces, ABAP report5. Creation of wage type6. Creation of new Personnel area and configuring that countries payroll related activity7. Able to write PCR, Schemas8. Need to analyze payroll issue9. US payroll related configuration10. AUS payroll configuration11. Single touch payroll (STP2) config12. HRSP Testing13. Good Communication SkillsRelevant Years of Experience: 8-10 yearsMust Have Technical Qualifications: B.E/MBA (HR)Must Have Business Qualifications:1. Must possess experience in US – Payroll, AUS-Payroll, SAP Interface.2. Must know writing Functional Specs for complex requirements3.
