We are seeking a senior-level professional to provide high-level functional and technical expertise for SAP HCM solutions. The role focuses on optimizing Talent Management processes, including Recruiting , Performance , Succession and Assessment . You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring robust delivery of HR IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze complex business requirements to provide scalable SAP HCM solutions.
  • Liaise directly with business units to diagnose program issues and initiate new application designs.
  • Develop high-quality functional specifications for HCM functionalities.
  • Manage full life-cycle implementations for Time Management and Attendance modules.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SAP functionality in coordination with HR Business Partners.
  • Oversee logical database infotypes and personnel area interface troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in SAP Time Management and Attendance (at least 1-2 full life cycles).
  • Proven track record in SuccessFactors implementation and integration.
  • Expertise in developing enhancements, payroll functions, and operations features.
  • Proficiency in the creation and enhancement of infotypes within Personnel Administration (PA).
  • Deep understanding of logical database info types and interface troubleshooting.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills to balance conflicting stakeholder needs.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Organizational Management (OM) and Benefits modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the employee life cycle and payroll processes.
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with HR leadership.
