The Project
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Time) to work on a project for a digital services Company.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert functional and technical support for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time module across multiple countries;
- Ensure the EC Time solution design and build meet both functional and technical requirements;
- Configure and maintain EC Time settings in line with project and business needs;
- Document all system settings, configurations, and design decisions in a clear and structured way;
- Support and participate in testing activities, including validation of the developed solution;
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and handover.
Skills / Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementation;
- Strong knowledge of EC Time configuration and deployment;
- Proven expertise in solution design and process optimization;
- Experience working on global implementation projects;
- Familiarity with functional analysis within SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have);
- Experience working in multi-country implementations (nice to have);
- Proficiency in other SAP modules (nice to have);
- English level: C1 or higher.
