SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Time)

The Project We are seeking a

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Time)

to work on a project for a digital services Company.

Responsibilities

Provide expert functional and technical support for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time module across multiple countries;

Ensure the EC Time solution design and build meet both functional and technical requirements;

Configure and maintain EC Time settings in line with project and business needs;

Document all system settings, configurations, and design decisions in a clear and structured way;

Support and participate in testing activities, including validation of the developed solution;

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and handover.

Skills / Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementation;

Strong knowledge of EC Time configuration and deployment;

Proven expertise in solution design and process optimization;

Experience working on global implementation projects;

Familiarity with functional analysis within SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have);

Experience working in multi-country implementations (nice to have);

Proficiency in other SAP modules (nice to have);

English level: C1 or higher.
