We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead the psychiatry unit at our behavioral health clinic, ensuring high‑quality care and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to the psychiatry unit.

Ensure adherence to quality‑of‑care practices, policies, and procedures.

Assist with hiring, training, and supervising unit staff.

Collaborate with behavioral health teams and community partners to meet individual and agency needs.

Manage on‑site pharmacy expectations and educate staff on medication management.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license from the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

At least 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience.

Preference for candidates with supervisory or lead experience.

Valid driver’s license and completion of defensive‑driving course during orientation.

Familiarity with state regulations and on‑site pharmacy expectations.

Location & Work Model Blended workplace model. Essential client services are face‑to‑face; the role requires travel to meet clients at their location.
