Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or Chief Operating Officer, assists in the coordination of the continuum of care provided by the Ridge Outpatient Center to all patients in need of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. Supervises employees of the Outpatient unit to ensure assigned duties are complete. Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.

Qualifications We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:
Education
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experience
One to two years of program management experience required
Four to five years of experience working with adults and adolescents with substance abuse and mental health or co‑occurring disorders
Outpatient experience preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required.
Other Skills
Demonstrated leadership ability, strong organizational skills, skills in writing and in working with statistical data.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals, and the ability to delegate appropriately.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accrediting standards preferred.
