Job Description We are searching for Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. Qualifications • Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Provide medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments and monitor progress.
Lead and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high standards of care.
Advocate for residents’ needs and safety.
Assume a team‑leader role, fostering collaboration and excellence.
