Workday HCM Analyst (Payroll & Benefits Configuration) Hybrid in Fort Worth, TX:

We are supporting a large, mission-driven healthcare organization on a Workday HCM Analyst opening. This role is highly configuration-focused and will support the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and support of Workday HCM — with a strong emphasis on Payroll and Benefits.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on Workday configuration, partnering closely with HR stakeholders, and owning Workday functionality end to end in a stable, enterprise environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as a functional Workday HCM Analyst, owning configuration and ongoing support across core HCM modules

Configure and maintain

Workday Business Processes , including:

Eligibility rules

Approval chains

Support Payroll and Benefits configuration, including open enrollment, benefit events, and downstream impacts

Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics

Execute EIBs for mass data loads and updates

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions

Support Workday releases, testing, and production deployments

Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend process improvements

Maintain documentation, job aids, and configuration standards

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM experience

Strong experience with Workday configuration (not just end-user or HR operations work)

Direct experience supporting Payroll and/or Benefits in Workday

Business Process Framework (BPs)

Calculated Fields

Eligibility & Condition Rules

Reporting & EIBs

Experience working in a post–go‑live / production support environment

Ability to work cross‑functionally with HR and technical teams

Comfortable in a hybrid, collaborative environment
