Location: Atlanta, GA. Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Employment type: Full-time.
Job Details As a Tax Senior, you will lead complex tax engagements, review client work products, and manage client relationships. You will also develop and maintain strong knowledge of tax laws, provide guidance to junior staff, and assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
Responsibilities
Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and pass-through entities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Provide guidance on tax research, accounting issues, and tax compliance matters.
Critically review workpapers and client deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Mentor and train junior staff on technical tax matters and professional development.
Stay current on tax legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Accounting or related field.
3+ years of public accounting experience.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.
Proficient in tax research and accounting software.
Experience working with complex pass-through entities.
