Project Manager
to support upcoming large-scale ground-up commercial projects, including consideration for a

The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM with a proven track record managing large, multi-phase commercial projects and leading teams through highly technical scopes.
About the Role The Project Manager will oversee full project lifecycle management for large commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality standards, and owner expectations. This person will serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractor teams, driving cohesive project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
This role offers immediate impact on significant regional projects and strong long-term growth within a top-tier GC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of construction management for large, complex commercial projects ($50M–$200M+).
Provide project leadership through budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and execution strategy.
Partner closely with preconstruction teams to align design intent with project deliverables.
Manage subcontractor scopes, procurement, contracts, and performance.
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and cost forecasting.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and safety protocols.
Facilitate owner/architect/engineer meetings and drive critical path decision‑making.
Conduct site visits, oversee superintendents, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and strengthen client relationships through professionalism and consistent project delivery.
Required Qualifications
7–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a GC.
Proven success managing
large ground-up commercial projects
($50M+ preferred).
Experience in civic, municipal, convention center, higher education, performing arts centers, or similarly complex project types strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, logistics, and large‑site phasing.
Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage high‑volume subcontractor teams and complex project schedules.
Must be based in—or willing to relocate to—the DFW area.
