Project Manager
to oversee
large-scale, complex commercial construction projects
from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, managing risk, and delivering technically challenging projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Key Responsibilities Manage
commercial construction projects
from preconstruction through completion Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction
Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager on
large-scale commercial projects Proven experience managing
complex builds , including: Multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or similar commercial sectors Strong financial and contract management skills Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Experience managing fast-paced schedules and multiple scopes Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
