Requirements:
Candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with various intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent). Keen ability to provide sophisticated, accurate analyses and counseling on highly technical matters. Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades). Undergrad degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics (preferred). Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required. NY Bar. Day to Day Responsibilities:
Representing a diverse clientele in some of the most high-stakes, cutting-edge matters in areas including electronics, medical devices, computer software, hardware, semiconductors, and life sciences technologies. Drafting pleadings. Conducting discovery. Arguing motions before the court. Navigating the complex procedures of federal court. Providing information as needed. Analyzing infringement/validity. Performing legal research on complex patent/tech issues.
