Requirements: Candidate will have the following:
A minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent)
Ability to exihibit Commercial/business awareness
Firm grasp of various disputes in the technology arena including data protection, defamation, IP infringement, consumer protection, contract and other disputes
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired)
Foreign language proficiency a plus (i.e. German, French, Italian and/or Hebrew)
Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required
California Bar

Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Representing a diverse clientele including the largest technology companies facing disputes domestically and internationally.
Developing litigation strategy and drafting substantive pleadings for matters throughout the globe – ranging from data protection, defamation, IP infringement, consumer protection, contract and other disputes.
Overseeing on-the-ground counsel to implement strategy.
Researching and presenting global analysis of laws impacting social media companies, including intermediary liability, hate speech and defamation.
Aiding clients in matters such as creation, licensing, and implementation of complex digital systems
Guiding clients through regulatory investigations by international data protection authorities, as well as consumer protection and other international agencies, including drafting written submissions, forecasting potential outcomes, and advising on compliance strategies.
Analyzing reports of unlawful social media posts or unlawful moderation of user accounts.
Advising clients on risk assessments associated with newly developed products, policies, and business structures, as well as with proposed legislation and regulations across the world.
