Job Title: SAP BW / Analytics Consultant
Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Contract
Job Summary The SAP BW / Analytics Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using SAP BW, BW/4HANA, and related SAP analytics tools. This role works closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support SAP BW / BW4HANA data models (InfoProviders, ADSOs, CompositeProviders).
Develop and maintain ETL processes using SAP BW (DataSources, Transformations, DTPs).
Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and non‑SAP systems.
Create and optimize queries and reports using SAP BEx
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Analysis for Office
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data loads and system performance.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Support system upgrades, migrations (e.g., BW to BW/4HANA), and enhancements.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end‑user support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong experience with SAP BW / BW4HANA architecture.
Hands‑on knowledge of:
Info Objects, ADSOs, Composite Providers
Process Chains
Open Hub Services
Proficiency in SAP HANA SQL and performance optimization.
Experience with SAP Analytics tools (SAC, BEx, AO).
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
