The Opportunity
At Monash University, Education‑Focused academics are a distinctive and highly regarded cohort, driving innovation in learning and teaching and leading the design of outstanding educational experiences. We are seeking a Lecturer (Education‑Focused) to join the Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and help shape the next generation of engineers.
In this role, you will make a strong contribution to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching while engaging in scholarly practice that enhances student learning. You will be supported on a clear pathway towards leadership in educational design and delivery, using evidence‑informed, student‑centred approaches.
You will teach into core ECSE units and contribute to leadership and coordination across key teaching specialisations, including:
Biomedical Engineering
Robotics and Mechatronics
Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering
