Field and discipline in which the candidate will conduct scientific activity:

social sciences – pedagogy;

Conducting teaching activities , including classes, workshops, and possibly lectures in: fundamentals of mathematics for early education teachers;

methodology of mathematical education in preschool and grades 1–3;

supporting students with special educational needs;

Conducting individual and team scientific research , preparing publications, and participating in organisational work for the department, institute, and university.

Requirements

Completed master’s studies

in mathematics with a teaching specialization, or pedagogical studies and postgraduate studies in mathematics, as well as

professional experience as a teacher ;

For candidates with a doctoral degree:

at least

two peer-reviewed publications

(monographs or scientific articles in journals listed by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education – MNiSW) and

experience in preparing applications for funding of scientific or teaching projects ;

Fluent command of Polish

(spoken and written) and

good command of English or German .
