What You Will Be Doing
Conducting adaptive reading sessions focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage young learners and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instruction and extract meaningful insights
Working alongside technical staff to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms
Reading Interventionist key responsibilities
Basic Requirements
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced credentials in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable certification)
Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre‑packaged curricula
Experienced with AI and adaptive learning technologies, and able to respond effectively to student interaction patterns within these systems
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on‑site at one of the following campuses: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
