What You Will Be Doing
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational experiences that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends
Working alongside technical teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience providing small‑group reading interventions for early elementary learners
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre‑packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns within these systems
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of these campuses: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
