Senior Technical Recruiter at MTK Technologies Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AWS Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, AWS cloud services, and Terraform to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting solutions, automating infrastructure, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Architect and implement AWS‑based solutions following best practices for scalability, reliability, and security
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross‑functional teams to define cloud strategies
Optimize application performance, cost, and security in AWS
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS‑native and third‑party tools
Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
10+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET Core
Extensive experience with AWS services, including but not limited to:
EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda
S3, RDS, DynamoDB
API Gateway, CloudFront
IAM, VPC, CloudWatch
Hands‑on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with Docker and container orchestration
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
