We are seeking a highly skilled Azure & Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our team. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen, secure, and scale our client's Microsoft cloud ecosystem-including Azure, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep hands‑on experience across cloud infrastructure and security. This person can optimize Microsoft 365 configurations, work across Azure services, support Power Platform governance, and quickly resolve critical issues when needed.
Your role
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architecture across Azure and Microsoft 365, covering identity, access, collaboration, and security tooling.
Support governance, monitoring, and security controls for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Collaborate with engineering, security, and leadership teams to evaluate and integrate new Microsoft cloud and Power Platform services.
Provide analysis and recommendations for upcoming Azure, M365, and Power Platform features to determine enterprise fit.
Support troubleshooting, incident response, and after‑hours critical escalations across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform components.
Build secure, scalable infrastructure and automation solutions across Azure with strong interoperability across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
What you've got
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud architecture, security, and automation.
Identity and access management within Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including administration, governance, and solution lifecycle management.
Prior experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred).
