Job Title Data Analyst
Job Overview The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing product enhancements and providing production support for 1:1 Messaging. This includes triaging incidents, managing change requests, supporting tasks, and performing data analysis related to production support.
Key Responsibilities
Support data-driven products, including working with inbound/outbound datasets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirement documentation.
Write and optimize SQL queries (minimum 3 years of experience).
Work with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, Google Cloud Platform Cloud SQL, AWS Amazon RDS, and/or Databricks.
Analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Solve complex technical issues with strong problem‑solving skills.
Create detailed technical documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Use project management tools such as Jira.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Required Experience & Skills
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience writing SQL queries.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience with Databricks environment (preferred).
Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
