Job Summary: Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for implementation of product enhancements and production support of 1:1 Messaging. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
Strong data analysis skills
Experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience creating/executing queries in Databricks environment is a plus
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong facilitation skills
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
Extreme attention to detail
Experience within a customer or technical support environment
Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
Proven data driven decision-making skills
Essential Job Functions:
Support a data driven products, ability to work with inbound/outbound data sets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirements documentations.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, GCP Cloud SQL or AWS Amazon RDS and/or Databricks
Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
