We’re looking for a
Director, Accounting Advisory – Office of the CFO
to join our Accounting Advisory Services team. If you’re ready to lead high‑impact finance transformation initiatives, advise CFOs and executive teams, and drive automation and data‑driven insights across diverse industries—while working alongside experienced leaders in a people‑first firm—we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do You’ll lead enterprise‑level, high‑impact projects that shape the future of finance operations. Your day‑to‑day may include:
Advising CFOs and executive teams on office transformation strategies that align operations with GAAP, investor expectations, and growth objectives
Leading and executing finance transformation and modernization initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Designing and implementing strategic roadmaps, automation plans, and digital enablement strategies
Driving efficiency and insight through data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and ChatGPT
Overseeing process optimization across close acceleration, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Partnering with system integrators and technology providers to ensure seamless implementation and change management
Leading cross‑functional engagement teams and mentoring consultants to build a collaborative, high‑performance culture
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or operational finance leadership roles
5+ years advising or working with private equity‑backed companies
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, operational finance, and internal controls
Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage executive‑level relationships
Expertise in data visualization, analytics, and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
