Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, this position plays a key role in quarterly and annual SEC filings, month-end close, technical accounting, and audit coordination. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, SOX compliance, and ERP initiatives, including an upcoming system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including disclosures and supporting schedules
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis
Prepare technical accounting memos and support external audit and quarterly review processes
Assist with SOX documentation and internal controls related to financial reportingContribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements, including ERP initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, or public company audit
Strong foundation in financial reporting and general ledger accounting
Experience working directly with external auditors
CPA or CPA‑track strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus (NetSuite preferred)
