Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Base pay range $94,000.00/yr - $126,000.00/yr
Core Responsibilities:
Reviews and validates actual and forecasted financial results, providing analytical reports of business performance to senior management.
Manages the collection and validation of financial data each quarter. Responsible for reporting of data to internal & external auditors and other departments.
Supports integration of new acquisitions including work for reporting requirements and financial integrations.
Manages annual restatement and reporting reorganization process with operating companies.
Participates in and supports annual Budgeting process.
Prepares ad hoc financial reports in a timely and accurate manner for business Corporate Finance leadership.
Supports the quarterly and annual SEC disclosure process through automation of data collection.
Evaluates company compliance program and testing controls.
Stays up to date on changes in SEC, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.
Leads and supports evaluating and implementing changes to improve processes within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Candidates should have previous audit experience with a public accounting firm, auditing at least one SEC client.
Three years’ experience (Three busy seasons) and an active CPA are required.
