Role Description
The Senior Superintendent, Mission Critical role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality completion. This role involves managing project teams and subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, reviewing project documentation, and collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong communication and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Experience in project management, job site coordination, and leading construction teams Knowledge of mission‑critical facilities, scheduling, and budget management Strong familiarity with construction safety standards, quality control, and compliance Proficiency in communication, leadership, and problem‐solving Ability to analyze plans, specifications, and blueprints Proven commitment to delivering projects with transparency and accountability Punctuality, organization, and a team‑focused attitude Prior experience in similar roles within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is preferred Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Key Details
