Senior Workday Financial Integration Engineer *Hybrid*
Join GEICO as a Senior Engineer in the Workday Financial Integrations team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday core tools, driving our transformation from a traditional IT model to a tech organization.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr – $215,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage system integrations within the Workday Financial architecture.
Provide support for inbound and outbound integration issues and develop new integrations.
Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering quality.
Engage across functional teams throughout the software lifecycle.
Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
Qualifications
4+ years of software development experience with Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials, Integrations, PRISM, Reporting, and Accounting Center.
Experience with Web Services and APIs (SOAP, REST).
Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and Workday development tools (EIB, Studio).
Experience designing scalable, resilient integrations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience Required
4+ years in Workday ecosystem development.
3+ years architecture and design experience.
2+ years with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Annual Salary $100,000.00 – $215,000.00
