DCP in an acute care setting Minimum Required Qualifications
GA license Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in patient care delivery Or completion of a Master’s degree in Case Management Program in lieu of minimum years of experience Preferred Qualifications
Previous Kaiser Experience Length of Assignment
13 weeks Shift / Hours per Week
08:30 AM to 05:00 PM; every other weekend Systems
