Job Description & Requirements RN Case Manager
StartDate: 1/19/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS GA license; Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in patient care delivery or completion of Master's degree in Case Management Program in lieu of minimum years of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM; every other weekend; 40
