What will you be doing: We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate

Registered Nurse

for a 32‑40 hour position in the

South Shore

area. You will provide direct patient care in the patient’s home, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with the patient’s physician to deliver optimum care. You will coordinate care, identify the need for additional services, and travel/float throughout the South Shore.

Pay rate: $44/hr – $55/hr, based on experience, plus a $3.50/hr float differential.

What we’re looking for in you:

Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.

Registered Nurse (bachelor’s degree preferred).

2+ years of nursing experience.

Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently and understand how to access resources for patients.
