Participate in residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient preference, resource availability). Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Document in patients’ medical records. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or American Red Cross). New grad or less than one year RN experience, or RN moving from non‑inpatient to acute direct care with less than one year experience. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Physical & Personal Requirements
Full range of body motion; handle/lift patients; manual/finger dexterity; eye‑hand coordination. Stand and walk for extended periods. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Work under stressful conditions and irregular hours. Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids. Medium Work: Exert 20‑50 lbs occasionally; 10‑25 lbs frequently; >10 lbs constantly. Ability to follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment. Compensation
Minimum hourly: $33.50 Maximum hourly: $53.60 Work Schedule
Days from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., every other weekend and holiday rotations. Seniority Level
