Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning workforce strategies with organizational objectives. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle and partners closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance. It requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Lead and develop HR team members to ensure effective execution of HR processes.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, and exits.
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support change management initiatives and workforce planning.
Drive programs related to compensation, benefits, learning, and HR operations.
Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and development.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
Extensive HR experience, including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location environments.
HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Key Skills
Strategic mindset with ability to execute.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
