Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Defend airlines, manufacturers, and insurers in aviation catastrophe, product liability, and wrongful death claims from NTSB investigation through trial
Draft and argue motions to dismiss, forum non conveniens, and summary judgment in SDNY and NY Supreme on Montreal Convention and general aviation issues
Conduct depositions of pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, and foreign witnesses in international crash litigation
Coordinate with NTSB/FAA experts and foreign counsel on multi‑jurisdictional discovery and evidence preservation
Prepare and second‑chair (then first‑chair) jury trials and arbitrations in high‑exposure aviation product and carrier liability matters
