Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents.

Manage calendars and deadlines.

Coordinate meetings, events and travel logistics, ensuring materials and schedules are prepared in advance.

Mentor and coach junior support staff.

Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with confidence; work effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance.

Trusted partner in managing confidential matters with tact, discretion and integrity.

Develop and maintain strong, customer‑focused relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

Coordinate and prioritize district executives’ calendar meetings and travel schedule; arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; a postsecondary degree or diploma or certificate in office administration considered an asset.

Six years of progressive experience as an administrative assistant, including a minimum of three years’ experience supporting senior‑level managers and/or district executives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate to an executive audience with superior professionalism.

Self‑management skills to plan, organize, and prioritize and delegate tasks with conflicting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

General construction knowledge is considered an asset. Understands terminology and processes when drafting correspondence.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.

We anticipate this position to be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
