Digital Product Owner (HBC)
Join Hallmark Business Connections (HBC), a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, as a Digital Product Owner. This full‑time role is located in Kansas City, MO and is hybrid (office and remote).
In this role you will shape the future of our B2B technical products, linking user experience and technology, gathering feedback, solving problems, and driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
What you’ll do
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories
Partner with development, testing, marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of product features
Create testing plans and scenarios for product releases
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide technical and physical product decisions
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
Serve as the primary contact for product‑related inquiries and issues
Ensure alignment between product development and business objectives
✅ Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, JIRA, or equivalent story‑writing tool, including product backlog, sprint backlog, story estimation, prioritization, creation of user stories, and acceptance criteria
✅ Preferred Qualifications
3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the B2B SaaS industry
Proven success driving product vision, strategy, and execution
3+ years working with print personalization production and direct mail
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Solid understanding of enterprise software development and delivery processes
