Job Summary

New Healthcare Finance Organization is looking to hire HIPP Enrollment Coordinators / Helpers to work with a local Atlanta hospital. Responsibilities

Enroll eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our hospital partner in Atlanta. Clearly present program requirements to interested patients and families, serving as a patient advocate. Assist high‑cost, medically complex Medicaid beneficiaries in affording employer‑sponsored health insurance through the added Medicaid benefit. Client Coordination Responsibilities

Create positive patient/client relationships and serve as the onsite contact for our organization. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other appropriate individuals. Qualifications

Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology. Master’s degree preferred. Preferred five years of internal patient‑related, hospital experience. Positive, enthusiastic, can‑do attitude; enjoys working with a variety of people. Demonstrated history of success in sales and healthcare strongly preferred. Fluency in English; Spanish preferred. Ability to be onsite most days and have an adaptive schedule to accommodate patients. Must pass hospital credentialing, including vaccines and drug & alcohol testing. Experience with Medicaid preferred. Benefits
