What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency

Present architectural options to stakeholders, detailing pros, cons, and long‑term implications to facilitate informed decision‑making

Champion a "configuration‑first" approach to minimize custom code and maintain an agile environment

Customize and configure Salesforce applications and integrations to meet specific business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect

Hands‑on experience with at least two enterprise‑level Salesforce CPQ implementations

Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC, with a strong understanding of Salesforce security models

Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP API)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

Specialized certifications in CPQ or Experience Cloud

Experience with Agentforce and Einstein Copilot/Agents

Ability to influence stakeholders by translating business requirements into technical specifications

Strong systemic thinking to understand the impact of changes across Salesforce clouds
