What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce and CPQ platforms
Collaborate on solution and technical design artifacts and participate in cross‑functional review sessions
Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, CPQ, and Force.com applications
Work with business system analysts to implement end‑to‑end automation
Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as we scale globally
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years of Salesforce development/administration experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications
Experience in agile development methodology
Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Experience in designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionality and features
Web services experience (REST, SOAP)
Familiarity with integrated applications such as Mulesoft
Certifications: Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, and others preferred
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work without supervision
