Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and that the store team achieves daily sales targets.
What You’ll Do
Open and close store routines
Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
Understand and drive business performance
Apply proactive thinking to solve store challenges
Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks
Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems
Support asset protection initiatives
Create and maintain engaging visual displays
Use store systems and technology effectively
Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule varies weekly; expect 12–16 hours per week.
Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
Hours may increase during peak timeframes.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Retail Experience:
At least 1 year preferred.
No supervisory or managerial experience required.
Customer focus and strong communication skills.
Interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, and outgoing personality.
Assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility, and stress tolerance.
Poise, ambition, multitasking, applied learning, and work ethic.
Understanding of omnichannel services.
