Work closely with the I.T. supervisor, project managers, business analysts, QA developers and other developers in an agile environment. Gather requirements, design, develop, test, demo, deploy and provide technical customer support for .NET applications. Develop new applications or rewrite legacy applications to .NET using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, SQL Server and other technologies. Implement an N‑tier architecture and comply with ODPS coding standards. Qualifications / Skills
Strong communication and leadership skills. Facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, confidence, and influential communication skills. Oral and written English language proficiency. Independent coding expertise. Team‑player mindset. Time and resource management and prioritization to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Leadership to provide technical guidance and mentoring.
