Base Pay Range
$58.00/hr - $68.00/hr Responsibilities
Facilitating flow of requirements from the business to the technology team Reducing requirements and design risk and resulting costs associated with errors Exercise a passion for keeping your knowledge up to date with evolving technology Take ownership and accountability for figuring out what needs to be done Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology discipline Deep knowledge of Mainframe COBOL, VSAM files, Batch/Online Process, Batch Scheduler, IOM (Input/Output Modules) and CICS Experience in finance domain and corporate actions Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) preferably worked with DB2, Oracle and/or Postgres and digging into data using logging tools Proven professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions, preference around modernizing from legacy to cloud systems. Knowledge of payment systems is a bonus Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Proven experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent analytical, problem‑solving & interpersonal skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
