CNC Programmer Machinist CAD/CAM Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with some overtime and weekend work as needed. Pay: Competitive, based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture high‑precision components per engineering specifications.

Create and edit programs using CAD/CAM software.

Load raw materials, secure workpieces, and select appropriate tooling.

Ensure machines run within tolerances and quality standards.

Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Inspect machined parts and tooling geometry with measuring tools to verify conformance to design specifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous CNC experience required, including mills and lathes.

Familiarity with SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software.

Experience working with tight‑tolerance parts a plus.

Strong shop math skills (standard & metric).

Ability to read blueprints with solid mathematical inclination.
