Lead Power BI Developer
Join MTK Technologies as a Lead Power BI Developer. This role requires 12+ years of experience, deep Power BI expertise, and a strong banking domain background.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement insightful reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using Power BI.
Collaborate effectively with business users to capture requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
Utilize data modeling techniques employing Power Query and Power Pivot.
Develop and optimize complex DAX expressions for efficient data analysis.
Create and manage Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within SQL Server or other relational databases.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 12+ years of combined experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems.
At least 4+ years of experience in relational and multi-dimensional (OLAP) data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL, including relational and dimensional database structures and query optimization.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivative businesses.
Ability to analyze user requirements, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
Self-driven with ability to troubleshoot and provide quick resolutions to issues.
Experience with full project management and development life cycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of Data Flows.
Experience with PBRS (Power BI Report Server).
Familiarity with Power On.
Experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
