We are actively seeking Lead Power BI Developer for one of our direct client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Job Title: Lead Power BI Developer Location: Dublin, CA(Hybrid) Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI reports and dashboards. Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards using Power BI (Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service). Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based sources (Azure, etc.). Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schema) and DAX queries for performance and usability. Develop and manage ETL processes using Power Query, Dataflows, or Azure Data Factory. Implement row-level security (RLS) and access controls within Power BI reports. Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineers to ensure report alignment with business goals. Monitor Power BI service performance and schedule dataset refreshes. Stay up-to-date with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends. Regards Seniority level
