We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP FICO Solution Architect
with deep expertise in
retail industry processes
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of finance solutions across our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring
15+ years of SAP functional and architectural experience , a strong understanding of end-to-end retail financial operations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience , including at least 5 years in an architect or lead role.
Proven experience in
SAP Retail
environments with deep understanding of store operations, POS integrations, and retail‑specific financial processes.
Extensive experience with
FI and CO modules , including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CO‑PA, CCA/PCA, Internal Orders, and product costing.
Strong expertise in
S/4HANA Finance , including New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Fiori apps.
Hands‑on experience designing and leading large‑scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
Expertise in integration points with
MM, SD, Retail, CAR, EWM, TM , and external systems.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and retail P&L structures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern integration tools:
SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO .
Knowledge of
SAP Central Finance .
Experience with
omnichannel
retail environments and e‑commerce financial flows.
SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance).
Experience working in global retail organizations with multi‑country, multi‑currency environments.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
