Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer in New York, NY. Summary: Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Integration Developer to lead and support complex payroll integration initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and advanced reporting using BIRT. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Workday’s integration architecture. Key Responsibilities:
Senior Workday Integration Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday payroll integrations using PECI and PICOF
Architect and build scalable solutions using Workday Studio
Develop and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Designer and BIRT, including layout and design
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members
As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
Document technical specifications and maintain integration support materials
3-5 years of Workday integration development experience
Extensive experience with Workday Studio
Demonstrated BIRT development experience
Strong proficiency with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input File)
Advanced skills in Workday Report Designer and BIRT reporting, including layout and design
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Workday certification is not required, but is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
